Controller and wheel
Input devices
A pad that works on nfsu2.xyz is not automatically mapped on every other port.
What the public pages say
The togame and GizDev write-ups of the Most Wanted browser account both mention controller play on desktop. They do not publish a button map I can copy, so I am not inventing one. nfsu2.xyz lists keyboard, controller, wheel, and touch on its own page. nfsunderground2.site lists keyboard, USB or Bluetooth gamepads, and touch, and it does not mention a wheel. NFSCO is a PC mod, so it uses the game’s own input path once Carbon is running, which is a different problem from a browser Gamepad API.
When a pad does nothing, I check three things that are actually in those pages. The browser has to be one the project named, usually desktop Chrome or Edge. The pad has to be connected before the page boots, because several of these ports read devices at load. And the site has to be the one that claimed pad support. A wheel on a host that never mentioned it is a wish, not a bug report I can file for you. Phone touch controls are named on the Underground ports, not as a full substitute for the Most Wanted career on iPhone, which that project keeps in lite mode.
Questions
Why is my controller dead in Most Wanted online?
Use desktop Chrome or Edge, connect the pad, reload, and confirm you are on nfsmwonline.com or the MWO browser rather than a single-player port that never mentioned pads.
Will a wheel work?
nfsu2.xyz is the page that lists a wheel. I am not extending that claim to nfscrb or the Most Wanted account site.
Do I need a driver pack from a video?
No. Use the driver from the pad maker. Extra “NFS driver” downloads are not part of any project page I checked.
