Match the symptom before you reinstall. Deleting site data can remove a browser-local save. Export a backup first.

- Login, room, or connection — account rejected, room code fails, 2012 EA App error.
- Controller or wheel — the pad works on some browser ports and not as a promise on all of them.
- Saves and cache — where the file lives, and which editors exist off-site.
A black screen on a WebGPU port is often the browser, not the account. Desktop Chrome or Edge is the pair the Most Wanted and Underground pages name. Lite mode is a fallback, not a graphics bug you can patch with a DLL from a forum. If the host itself is 404, no setting on your PC brings dezm0n’s itch page back. Check the status table before you troubleshoot a machine.
