Login and rooms

A failed login is not one bug. The host, the game year, and the account system have to match.

Checklist

First, open the project domain in a normal tab, not inside a video. If nfsmwonline.com or nfsmwo.com does not load, the status page is the record, and a hosts-file tweak from a forum is not the fix. If the page loads and the form says the password is wrong, reset it on that same site. NFSMW Online accounts are not MWO accounts. A password that works on one will fail on the other, and that is expected.

For a private room on nfsunderground2.site, confirm the host’s room code and whether that room still exists. The current page also offers an opponent-search option; a room failure does not by itself establish a code error. An NFSMW invite code will not open that room. Most Wanted 2012 failures are a third case. Steam threads show people still reaching for the 2012 multiplayer through the EA App and hitting client errors. Those threads are not a 2005 port outage. Reinstalling NFSMW Online will not move a 2012 save.

If the browser build stops at the loading screen, try desktop Chrome or Edge. WebGPU off, or a school filter, lands you in lite mode or a hang. I would rather see lite mode than a patched browser downloaded from a chat file.

Questions

NFSMW online login fails with the right password.

Confirm the domain. nfsmwonline.com and nfsmwo.com keep separate accounts. Reset the password on the site that showed the form.

Most Wanted 2012 will not connect.

That is the EA client, not the 2005 browser. Check the EA App and the Steam thread for the 2012 app id before you touch a 2005 port.

The Underground 2 room says the code is bad.

Ask the host to read the code again. That code only exists for that session. It is not an account invite.
